Welcome!

My name is Rachel McKinney, I want to thank you for taking the time to come and listen to my story and how living by Faith has continued to lead me in a contented and abundant life! At the age of seven I gave my heart to the Lord and now it is 2016 and I am in my 82nd year. The information you will read is hopefully informative and exciting. This blog was started a few years ago just to talk about losing weight and being healthy and it's true I have been working on my health and my body for many years. But now as I grow older I find that my spiritual life even more than I ever realized before is meshed (and has always been) with the physical. I now know that it is all about "letting go and letting God" run my life. This gives me peace, joy and contentment as I know that God is in charge of it all!! Feel free to comment if you wish.

Wellnes is simply following the plan

Sorry it's been so long since I blogged, but things are going so great with me! I'm now almost at 170 pounds - down from 205 on December 8 and 248 in 2005. Yes, that's true. I found some records and mid 2005 that is what I weighed. But the greatest news is that I have not been in the 170s probably since 1972. I'm wearing size 12 and some 10's. Wow!

It's just a matter of 1) eating correctly 2) exercising regularly 3) proper supplementation and 4) proper sleep. But, as you know, it's all in the details. For 1) I eat 5-6 times a day, small meals (around 200 calories) 2) I exercise at home with my own routine a half-hour to an hour a day and work with a trainer 3 times a week for a hour 4) I try to get 6-8 hours of sleep a night.

Proper supplementation, of course, means using glyconutrients 6 tsp a day; vitamins 4 a day; hormone support 6 a day; antioxidents 6 a day; digestive aids 3 a day; pro biotics 1 a day. All of these keep my body running like a top and give me the energy to work out each day and also keep up with a busy schedule. Oh yes, the end of March I added a new product. I take 2 in the morning 45 minutes before eating. It keeps my bones and joints working well.

It's hard to believe that I'll be 73 this year. My mother was an arthritic invalid the last 15 years of her life (she died at age 75) and here I am working out 5-7 hours a week and feeling younger than ever. I think maybe I've found the "fountain of youth."

Wellness is available to everyone. It is not a myth. I plan to live to 110. Join me!!!

Back from the Dallas Conference

Wow, what a time I had in Dallas at a nutritional conference. A new marketing system was introduced and it is a powerful way to share all the great things about nutritional products by giving samples so people can try them out. Also, a new product was introduced. This supports the body's natural recovery process associated with physical activities. I work out normally 7 hours a week so I started to take it immediately. You take two in the morning on an empty stomach. It's supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks to show what it can really do but I think I can see the difference already. More to come on this.

As to my weight loss, I now have lost 30 pounds since December 8, 2007 when I started keeping track of my food, and I don't always have to weigh and measure everything every day anymore. I still spot check but my eye is keeping pretty good track now. I haven't weighted 175 since probably 1972 and I bought one pair of size 10P pants (with a stretchy waist). Before I went on my trip I had to buy some new clothes and this was quite a surprise. I no longer have to buy in the larger size sections.  And the energy still continues to be great.  It's hard to imagine that I will be 73 this year!

For information about the supplemental products that I use you can call me at 760/779-0830 or 213/500-4058.
